Apple has rolled out new updates that give developers more control over managing, promoting, and growing their apps on the App Store. The changes include more flexible app submissions, the ability to create additional custom product pages, and offer codes for every type of In-App Purchase.
More Flexibility in App Submissions
Apple is giving developers more flexibility in how updates move through review. Developers can now submit new items, like In-App Events, Game Center features, or urgent bug fixes, without waiting for another version to finish. This update makes it easier to keep apps current, fix issues quickly, and roll out new content without slowing down the review process.

More Custom Product Pages and Keyword Options
Apple is also doubling the number of custom product pages developers can create, from 35 to 70. This gives developers more space to highlight different features, content, or seasonal promotions. Each page can include its own screenshots, app previews, and promotional text to reach specific audiences. Keywords can now be added to each page as well, improving visibility in App Store search results and helping apps connect with more relevant users.
Expanded Offer Codes for All In-App Purchase Types
Offer codes on the App Store now work with all In-App Purchase types, from consumables to subscriptions. The update makes it easier to run limited-time promotions, discounts, or free offers that boost engagement and attract new users. Apple will phase out promo codes for In-App Purchases in March 2026 as offer codes take their place.
More Flexible App Management
Overall, the updates aim to make app management and promotion more flexible. With more control and creative options, developers can better tailor their presence and reach the right audiences.
